1.1. How do I find out if a hotel allows pets?On our site you may choose More Search Options link which you always can find under the data field. Enter your destination and select «Pets friendly" checkbox, you'll see the list of all pets friendly hotels. To the top
1.2. What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?Usually it’s 12 o'clock. Check-in and check-out times may vary for each hotel. You will find your check-in and check-out time in your confirmation email. To the top
1.3. I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check-in?Only the hotel can confirm different check-in times. We advise you to let the hotel know your estimated time of arrival at the day of your check-in or before one day of your arrival. To the top
1.4. How do I get more information about the room or hotel facilities?All the information we have is displayed on our website; for more information about the room please click on "Full description». For more information about the hotel facilities please look in "Hotel facilities"(amenities) on the hotel page. 1.5. I want a smoking room however choose I can only a non-smoking room. How can I request a smoking room?When making your reservation, if there is only the option for non-smoking rooms it means that the hotel does not offer any smoking rooms. To the top
1.6. I want to check out after the stated check out time. What should I do?We advise you, during your stay, to ask at the reception desk if later check-out is possible. To the top

How can I find a hotel with rooms for people with a disability?On our site you may choose More Search Options link which you always can find under the data field Enter your destination and select "People with a disability" checkbox and of course select your destination and the dates, and then you'll see the list of all hotels and choose the most suitable one. 1.8. We have two small children, can we get extra beds in the room?On the Main page you should point exact number of adults and children, after that you can choose and book the most suitable room type for you. To the top

2.1. Are the rates on your website per person or per room?All rates on the hotelien.com website are per room To the top
2.2. Are taxes included in the room rates?For the most hotels on our website taxes are included. You always will be able to see total price with taxes before entering your payment details. To the top
2.3. Is breakfast included in the price?Many hotels offer free breakfast. Often this is a continental breakfast or sometimes just coffee and donuts. If included, it should be listed on the hotel details page. To the top
2.4. What does the price include?Our prices include cost of accommodation, all taxes, and in some cases breakfast (where indicated). Regarding use of hotels facilities, please refer to amenities information on the hotel details page. To the top

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?After payment you will see your confirmation number with all details of your reservation on our website, also in minutes you will receive confirmation email with all your booking details. If you do not receive confirmation email, please check your Spam Folder/junk folder to see if the email is there. 3.4. How do I cancel or change my reservation?You can cancel or change your reservation by filling in a confirmation number and last name in «Check reservations on the home page. In case of difficulties you can connect us by e-mail support@hotelein.com and we'll immediately help you. To the top
3.5. How many rooms can I book in one reservation?You can book 4 rooms in 1 reservation. If you need more rooms please feel in "The Group Form" which you can find on the home page over the search. To the top
3.6. What is CVV code?For security purpose, you must enter the card security number when a credit card is used to make a booking. Please note that this security number is not the PIN number. The security number is the 3 digit number listed on the signature panel on the back of the card. To the top
4. Credit Cards and Payments
4.1. I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?Our site accepts credit and debit cards, in case of absence a credit card, we offer you to make a virtual card on this site https://www.wirecard.com/wirecard/ to complete the booking process. To the top
4.2. What types of credit card can I use to complete the reservation?MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, and Maestro with the help of these cards your reservation will be successfully completed. To the top
4.3. Can I make a reservation for myself using someone else’s credit card?3. You can use someone else’s credit card in case if this person is traveling with You. To the top
4.4. How does the credit card guarantee my reservation?A valid credit card is needed as the guarantee in case of late cancellation or if you don’t arrive. Before the arrival time, hotels can perform a "pre-authorization" of the credit card. A pre-authorization is a validity check of your credit card. To the top
4.5. I am entering my credit card details, when will I pay?
We provide hotels to you in two models: merchant model and agent model. In case of agent model we securely transmit you cc data to the hotel. In this case payments are taken by the hotel in accordance to the conditions (hotel policy) stated on the hotel’s page and your confirmation email. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
In case of merchant model we will charge full amount of the booking from your card and then we will pay to the hotel.

5. Cancellation
5.1. Can I cancel or change a Non Refundable booking?Sorry, You cannot cancel or change a Non Refundable reservation. To the top
5.2. Where can I find the cancellation policy of the hotel?You can always find a cancellation policy while booking a hotel on the payment page before you enter your payment details. To proceed with reservation you must agree with hotel cancellation policy. To the top
5.3. How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?After your reservation has been cancelled, you will receive an email that confirm your cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please check your Spam/junk folder to see if the email is there. If you have not received a cancellation email in your inbox or Spam/junk folder, please send an email with the details of your reservation to customer service support@hotelein.com. To the top
5.4. Do I pay a cancellation fee?No, Hotelein will not charge you a cancellation fee. However, the cancellation policy of the hotel may require that you cancel your booking in advance. You will always find the cancellation policy on the payment page before you enter your payment details. To the top

6.1. How do I find the price for a specific hotel?On our site you may choose More Search Options link which you always can find under the data field Enter your destination and make search by hotel name. To the top
6.2. How do I find only available hotels for the period I want to stay?Once you have selected destination, the dates of your stay, then click on "search" and only hotels that have rooms available for those dates will be displayed. To the top
6.3. How do I search for hotels in or near to a specific part of the city/town or near to a particular point of interest?For this, you have two options. First, you could search hotels near specific address using More Search Options link. Second, you could refine search results based on distance from specific landmark. To the top
6.4. How do I search for hotels with specific facilities such as a swimming pool?On our site you may choose More Search Options link which you always can find under the data field. Enter your destination then you can choose necessary facilities and then look through all the hotels which are displayed. We offer you such facilities as Air Conditioning, Children Facilities(Children Friendly), Conference Facilities(Meeting Facilities) , Fitness Center , Golf Course, Rooms/Facilities for Disabled(Accessible Rooms), Internet Access, Kitchen, Car Parking, Pets Friendly, Swimming Pool, Room Service, Safe Deposit Box ,Spa Center, Tennis Court, TV and the others. Where can I find the hotel’s telephone number and/or email address?After you have completed a booking, the telephone/fax number and email address are provided immediately online and on your confirmation email. 6.6. How do I search for hotels by price?After you select the dates of your stay, a list of available hotels appears. You can "sort by" price at the right side of the page and also it is possible to filter by price from 70 till 150 for example and all hotels according to this prices will be shown. To the top
6.7. How can I make a special request? For example: a sea view, twin beds, room on a certain floor or dietary needs?If your request is not specified in the room type description (i.e. sea view room, twin bed room), you need to contact the hotel after reservation directly. To the top
